About me

I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere to it's ethical framework.

As well as having my own private practice in Berrylands, Surbiton, and Kingston Natural Health Centre I also work in the NHS  and have experience in a range of other counselling settings.  

NHS - Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

I work within the NHS providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in an IAPT Setting.

 

Kingston Council - Workplace Counsellor

I have worked as a workplace counsellor at Kingston Council and supported clients with a wide range of problems, including (but not exclusively) depression, anxiety, work stress, bereavement, difficult childhoods, family problems.  

A.S.C.A. - Addiction/Dependency Therapist

I have worked as a counsellor for ASCA in Richmond, where I supported clients dealing with the effects of alcohol and other addictions on themselves or a loved one. I use an integrative approach and adapted my work to suit my clients needs at the time. I combine practical techniques, CBT and 12 step work alongside other therapeutic counselling techniques,
